2/1 at home, overdue a result and the Toon are too **** to notch 3 wins on the spin, that was my logic. #fail
I don’t buy the “overdue a result” but I do buy that Newcastle are atrocious. Look alright tonight though but well capable of losing this. Would be nice if someone broke Perez’ legs after that cheeky dive.
****ing Hell that was amazing. If Burnley equalise here, they're going to make Matt Richie burgers up on Tyneside this week.
Former Chelsea star Gianluca Vialli has revealed a year-long battle with cancer, but says he is now doing "very well". The Italian, 54, said he had undergone eight months of chemotherapy and six weeks of radiotherapy. He said he initially tried to hide his illness, even wearing a sweater under his shirt so nobody would notice the weight loss. Eventually, he chose to reveal it in a new book, hoping his experience might inspire others to fight. "I'm fine now, very well indeed," Vialli told Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera. "It's been a year and I'm back to having a strong physique. But I still have no certainty of how this match will end." Vialli, who now works for Sky Sport Italia as a pundit, was one of the biggest stars of his generation.
When there is no argument or debate they come out with 'show us the trophies'. It's a way of consoling themselves for the utter ****e they watch every week
Yeah standard procedure, mate. They were never a team boasting about trophies/ titles before uncle Roman came along though. Funny comment I saw on social media the other day: “Heung Min Son’s run was longer than Chelsea’s history”.
