There have been several sightings of Cornish Clive in Liverpool over the last few months ... many reports of him approaching various, seemingly random, men in pubs, tapping them on the shoulder and saying:

"If you are The Village Bike sir, than kindly follow me outside ... I wish to have some serious discourse with you!"
