I would rather stab myself in the eyes than suffer this crap. The same goes for X factor, big brother, love island, made in Chelsea etc. The only one I can tolerate in very small doses is strictly, as at least there's an element of skill needed to dance.
i've only ever seen x factor out of all those you've mentioned. Oh and maybe a bit of big brother, many years ago.
