Yep that was discussed round me too. A kestrel eating a pigeon is like one of us eating a dwarf. They must have massive expendable stomachs. How often do kestrels kill/eat a pigeon? Surely one pigeon would last several days???
He’s filling in admirably. As any player wanting a spot in the first team would. But a RB he isn’t. I’m not sure why you’re protesting what was a simple observation, I’m not calling him a **** player.
Difficult to even summon enough energy to comment on the match. Back to looking like they only got introduced in the tunnel, no anticipation or support. And yet Forest weren’t really that good, if we played even like we did for West Brom we’d have had a chance. Definitely not a fan of making the keeper the captain. While lack of leadership is an ongoing problem for us in midfield, putting on the armband forces someone to step up. I think that’s what’s happened with Henricksen and we did miss him yesterday.
PS it’s a peregrine falcon not a kestrel. As it’s been around for most of last season as well as this I can only conclude it enjoys suffering as much as the rest of us.
It's a lazy way to criticise the manager when we lose, after the exact same setup just got us 7 points from 9.
I’m more disappointed with the their tempo in the first half! Forest were miles quicker! And I lost count how many times we broke up an attack to just hoof it back to them! That can be rectified with the right mindset which IS down to the coach imo!
Who decides what players are brought in though? Any coach or manager wants players that they want to work with and a squad that has options. And of course once they have them a manager can't really talk down players much as being weak, people wouldn't accept that.
Its a sparrow hawk. Kestrels are this countries smallest bird of prey and hover above their prey before swooping down. They feed on mice and small birds. A sparrow hawk is a lot bigger and they swoop in on prey at speed. They feed on pigeons and small birds. Hence the name 'sparrow hawk' They used to be quite rare around this area, with kestrels outnumbering them about ten to one. Now they are everywhere. I had a couple nesting in my garden on Beverley Road four years ago and I saw a nest of young sparrow hawks being reared in a hawthorn bush right in the middle of a residential area on Haworth Park this summer. In the grounds of Parkstone Road school to be precise.
Formations. Who should play there, it's Nigel's fault it's martins fault. Bollocks. I didn't do the match thread. That's why we lost. FACT I'm geared up and ready for Tuesday. It is Tuesday innit??
I agree but the coach should be able to at least get the players up for a game regardless of their abilities? Forest just came out of the traps quicker then us and for me that is inexcusable! I can take being out played but not out enthused!
He’s ****ed Bob off now anarl, could someone else please step up to the plate and tell him that I think he’s a silly old ****. My obvious objective is to get everyone on to his ignore list, then he’ll also be a lonely old **** and hopefully join Tigeroo on the Sunlan board.
Are those terracotta diddy men still there? I won't ask you if you still have your hubcaps cos you've always struck me as a high grade alloy sort of chap. Konig or Enkei probably.
