I don't think any Championship managers near the top would be rushing to join us at this point tbh. Out of interest, presuming we do sack Hughes who's going to be the person in charge, Ralph?
I'm not a fan of big Sam, but I'm fairly confident he'd keep us up. Nobody wants him long term though, and not sure he'd come here just until the end of the season like Hughes did. At some point we need to be looking longer term development of the team but if that manager isn't available then I'd rather bring big Sam in then leave Hughes in charge and hope for the best. Our biggest problems are our defence and our inability to score enough goals from all the chances we make. Big Sam would at least get us solid and we would start turning some of these losses into draws and draws into the occasional win.
Would you rather go down than appoint allardyce? I am terrified of us going down. Financially we would be absolutely ruined. We HAVE to stay up.
I’d take that chance. I really detest everything he stands for. Some of the off field things he did were disgusting.
