Found the right blend of minced pork to fat ratio 25% season it with garlic salt, sea salt, black pepper, paprika, chilli flakes, sage and fennel. Will make sausages when my order for skins arrive.

 

Not feeling it with chilli flakes.

I love a proper artisan sausage roll. It’s the pastry I can’t eat.

 

I make my own puff pastry, light and flakey.

 

Pastry gives me mad heart burn.

We have been talking about coming to Thailand again the other night. A mate of mine has moved over there and has a b&b will check where and let you know.

Now the extension is progressing and we can use the oven , tonight we are having Pork Chops , roasted in a tray with veg Gravy & Apple sauce

 

I love hash Browns , but there is nothing worse that soggy ones .

 

Dinner prepared. A nice bit of rump.
