That sounds horrific. Nobody could ever prepare themselves to face an unexpected death of the most important person in your life. It's brutal. Worst thing I've been through in life, so far. Not sure how anything could ever top that mind.
Loads of people on here think you're a good un mate, so you must have some redeeming qualities Seriously though, the negative self talk is infectious. Not saying it's easy, but you have to give yourself some self care and positive talk.
Helping others is a great example to set mate. Every person will face adversity in their life and you’ve come through your darkest days and that can show your daughter more than you think imo, if you ever choose to share it with her. Don’t underestimate what you’ve achieved bro.
