Low mood and depression are very similar but so different too. Depression comes under the mental health banner.
well, there's being a little bit sad, and there's not wanting to get out of bed for a week and all you can be bothered to do is log into not606 and call everyone a ****.
Ouch, comm. It's a chemical imbalance. We aren't just a little sad. It's a real issue which needs medication
I'm not sure about that, I don't see it that way. I can't see many people being wrongly diagnosed with a mental health condition.
I was despressed when I was 15 and tried to kill myself, but just past the point of no return it turned into anger, which has never really gone away, generally at anyone who has some for of administrative or bureaucratic power over me. I hate teachers most of all, a gang of jealous sadistic ****s imo.
So judging by the figures in the op. Right now about 17% of posters on here are suffering with mental health.
But that is totally bypassing the op. Are you saying that 1 in 7 people think the same? Which is the the grey area of stories like that
Yeah it does. That's well known that mental health is more difficult to deal with when you're younger. It never goes away, though.
If you consider that the ego is the cause of all mental health issues, then the only sane people in the world are the hardcore buddhist monks.
