She’s a pescatarian. She doesn’t really drink either.

Glad tidings, glad tidings.

 

Need leftovers for a curry.

 

Some good Chardonnay about again after it becoming terrible for a while. Should be light and nicely oaked though.

 

I know, I'd say they go with darker meats better though.

 

That one is a very good drop.

 

Why? you can do a curry anytime

I mean Turkey is fine with them and chicken and fish and chalk.

 

Yeah but with that roast bird that goes all stringy and soaks up the sauce. One of my Christmas highlights.

 

So basically everyone ****s up (yet again) they buy a massive turkey. Hardly anyone eats it.

You are then left wondering wtf to do with it , sandwiches, curry, feed it to the dogs, hoy it in the bin, feed the birds,?

 

My father in law even eats the neck.

 

We all like turkey sandwiches. Needs mayo and salt though.

 

Ha, why not?

I usually just turn it over and eat the slimy meat underneath.

 

Same as chicken, both need salt.

 

I try to avoid salt. It’s my one nod to a healthy diet.

 

The best parts.. The breast is boring as ****.

 

I like to make a a take on 'Nasi Goreng' with the dark (slimy ) meat, any left over gammon, cooked meats and veg etc ... very tasty and a real contrast to the roast itself
