Some good Chardonnay about again after it becoming terrible for a while. Should be light and nicely oaked though.
Yeah but with that roast bird that goes all stringy and soaks up the sauce. One of my Christmas highlights.
So basically everyone ****s up (yet again) they buy a massive turkey. Hardly anyone eats it. You are then left wondering wtf to do with it , sandwiches, curry, feed it to the dogs, hoy it in the bin, feed the birds,?
I like to make a a take on 'Nasi Goreng' with the dark (slimy ) meat, any left over gammon, cooked meats and veg etc ... very tasty and a real contrast to the roast itself
