The bet is the same as the other avatar / name / sig bets. The winner chooses the the loser’s avatar and they have to accept it. There are no special conditions about what the loser will or will not accept. (Racism, Porn etc aside) This leaves no wriggle room or get out clauses. You’re either in or you’re not. Simple.
