I like the lights. Pretty much every High St in London has it’s own, ranging from ‘traditional’ to ‘tasteful’ to ‘artistic’ to ‘****, that’s tacky’. Tacky is best, obvs. Regent St went full commercial exploitation rip-off anti-Chrimbo capitalist yank-fest a few years ago, worst ****ing lights in London - sponsored by Warner Brothers, would you believe. A lot of people must have objected though, because last year they went back to a more traditional look.
I’d suggest goose but the missus would have an epic meltdown about how we have to have turkey. She doesn’t like turkey.
That's what I faced last year and it was ok but nothing special it's not a great meat. Glad the goose is back I'll have to do a good job so that it stays on the menu.
Oh thanks daddy, i love my new new shoes, but i'm only a size 4 and these are a 9, and they smelly funny.
The Thing from Another World is great, but it's one of the few films I know where the remake is even better
The Exorcist can be admired from many different perspectives, not just the obvious one - acting (across the board), direction, screenplay, production, music etc.
It can be admired by the fact that people thought it was actually good, but in todays terms, it's ****ing ****.
I remember seeing it back in the day and damn near ruining my armour ... it is now somewhat dated although the music and this particular picture still make the hairs on the neck rise please log in to view this image
One of my Uncles really wasn't fond of Turkey - lived in rural Leicestershire and would always get his Xmas bird fresh from a local farmer - either Goose or a **** off big Cockerel ... can't say I recall trying Goose - always Turkey - what's Goose like?
