I thought the Biffy Clyro bit last night was funny. They're already total sell outs but they take themselves seriously. Karaoke with Nick Knowles was not on their "cool" list.
I actually watched a bit of it last night. It's ****. The only decent bits are the trials with the bugs etc, the rest is ****. Thank **** im at work tonight.
FFS. Just no Matt. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
... did you hear the thunderous fart she cracked off on Monday night? ... Fleur East literally had tears of laughter running down her face ... I'm actually quite taking to Fleur ... fun lady ...
I can sort of get why it wouldn't appeal to you mate (being a much younger man who gets his thrills from more 'adult' entertainment (not meant in any way detrimentally - I would likely have been the same at your age) ... but it's great family viewing on a cold winter's eve ... we let our 13 year old stay up for it, partly because all of her mates at school are watching it too, to be honest ... I've found over the years that it changes my perception of many 'celebrities' ... some I find myself quite liking when I have always found them irritating ... with others it is the other way round ... take it for what it is if you watch again ... mindless viewing that requires no thought or effort and can be very funny at times - mainly seeing the discomfort of some of the people in there
Go **** yourself ... I'll bring my kids up how I like ... why should I make her school life any more difficult than it needs to be? ... do you have any kids? .... it extends her usual bed time by about half an hour and it would be something we would let her watch up to her normal bedtime anyway ... by letting her watch it all and exchange social media comments with all her mates during it - it just means she can contribute her own views and thoughts with full information - If I was a twat of a father I wouldn't let her watch it at all and would send her to school each day to face potential ridicule from her contemporaries ... why would I do that? ... do you think it is character building
Yes, I have two daughters. I'm pleased to report that neither of them would touch that ****ing ****e with a bargepole. And yes. More character building that watching that sack of puke. You don't know me very well, do you?
Likewise ... and I have 3 daughters ...so I win ... eldest has a Masters in English from Leeds Uni and lives and works in London ... middle one is in her first year of University in Cardiff and the youngest one, the one that you are opining on, is on the MAST programme at her school in Hertfordshire ... so all in all the upbringing has worked fine ... but thanks for your concern and valuable input - it really matters
Wow that is uncanny .... seriously ... she actually did last night ...- yesterday was assessment day at her school for the cookery part of home economics (or whatever they call it these days) - she took sirloin steaks , cut them up into strips and marinated them in a soy, honey, garlic, ginger, toasted sesame seed and chilli flakes concoction ... then served them up on a bed of jasmine rice with finely diced green chilli and spring onion it was so good that the ****ing teachers polished off a goodly portion and I then had to buy another steak on the way home from work for her to reproduce it so that we could have it for our tea ... it was delicious and that will now become a regular menu item at ours ... ... there was nothing unpleasant or insect shaped in it
I see. Two was deemed sufficient. Eldest has a 1st class honours in history and a masters distinction. Teaches history at an international school in Dubai.Youngest has a 1st class honours in English Literature and is currently travelling in Australia. Your point was?
