Except of course a- He doesn't. b - While there will be some sensible co-operation on certain areas (as there is in intelligence and many other areas) the idea of an EU army any time soon is fanciful. It would unnecessarily overlap with Nato. However when you have Trump questioning Nato's collective defence then it makes sense to ensure you are covered. c - if you're really against an EU Army then campaign to stay in the EU where we currently have a veto. (oh and if you don't think an alcoholic should lead an army then you might want to google Churchill's drinking habits.....)
