Cheers mate. Someone on another thread said we should be here to talk football. But as this thread, when Stan started it, proves this board talks about all sorts of crap. And I love it. Too many great posters to name. Some knobs who I won't name. Had some brilliant arguements on here and some even better laughs. When I was a kid my old man used to go down to my grandmas every weekend and meet with all his brothers. When I was a little kid I used to be scared cos of all the raised voices, then my grandma would throw em out to pub, then they'd come back and argue some more. We don't have that anymore, well I don't anyway. So here's the next best thing. Anyway I'm off to see my Uncle Pete, it's his birthday today too. He's the only one left. He was nearly called Rodney, well it's his middle name, cos he was born when the Rodney was scrapping with the Bismarck. And his brother, my uncle, Jim was onboard. And cos I was born the same day I nearly copped for Rodney too. Phew dodged one there. Cheers everyone
Question for the group.......my works Christmas do this year involves the 2 of us in the team going to watch City vs Norwich, problem is lad woh I work with is a Norwich fan, we'd rather sit together at the match, but are both quite vocal, so qn is do we get sep tickets in the home and away end, or is there a part of the ground more likely to be accepting of a Naaarch fan sat in with us?
