Absolutely love the nations league! Compare that, the spain game and croatia vs spain the other day to a drab friendly that means nothing. Fans and players genuinely care and it reflects in the quality of football. Shame we go back to club football

I enjoyed the competitiveness of this Nations League...teams want to win (as they would in more major comps) but didn't show the paralysing fear that can occur in the World and European Cups. Far better than friendlies. Enjoyed the bonus of Lovren being nutmegged prior to England's first goal.
