I can’t remember the game I watched him in (top club game) and he was not strong defensively. Yes, all that other stuff you mention is good, but defensively he needs to improve. Did he play in one of the World Cup games? I have a feeling he was poor defensively in that too.

It's interesting to see how it unfolds and am finding the bottom division interesting with all the minnows playing each other. Early days and think we need to see the whole thing play out before coming to a proper judgement but I like it.

This story is what’s wrong with the modern world. Kids getting shot up in schools, people getting stabbed to death daily, war on terror... things that actually matter and have meaning. In this opening 10 minutes Sterling has shown why he could be one of the very best players in the world. And why he probably won’t be. England look good going forward and should have scored three.
