Busy morning delivering butchered lambs for my daughter then a bit of work in the veggie plot before sitting down for Wales v Tonga. About to watch Scotland v s Africa.
To be fair Dai you give the extreme right wing Thatcher boys on your site in place in check. Some seriously disturbing individuals on there with their far right link videoes. But your way off the mark with this one. For a start North of Brecon next to no one follows rugby. The biggest rugby club in Wales had to leave the CCS due to tiny crowds. Rugby is poorly supported unless its a piss up involved.
More arrests at international rugby matches for drunken and aggressive behaviour these days but it’s ok as it’s just high jinx and a bit of a laugh
I must confess 2 seeing dai give his own tommy robinson views early doors on the racist thread but like always he changed sides and played the advocate and made out he had the moral high ground.......... please log in to view this image
Football first every time. I like to watch the odd game of rugby, internationals only. Played both football and rugby and really enjoyed being in the thick of it. Watching both still gives me itchy feet. I still play the odd game of football and love it when some young un thinks he can get past me easily.
Some of my favourite places in Wales are North of Brecon, usually in the middle of nowhere. Plenty of trout and grayling and a few salmon and sea trout. Quite a lot of rugby clubs and rugby fans in the north of Wales. U20s are based at parc eirias (or whatever it's called these days) and get good crowds for their internationals. WRU missed a trick by not setting up a NW region. Old boys network ensured that, hence Cardiff and Llanelli retaining their names. Only region not to retain club names were the Celtic warriors and they folded.
