I use a wholesaler in BKK for all my indian spices etc but Makro for everything else. Got a Swiss guy locally who cures pork so I'm going to make pork pies soon.

the first and last bit fits, after yesterday. Had a disaster of a day....Fook all went right. I wiped out 100s of pounds of food.

New loading ramps are ****. Totally wiped out half my load for that store.

They are getting better mind. You can get essentials like Coleman’s English mustard, all kinds of pasta, lamb, beef & beef mince, peas, spinach n stuff.

 

Made a mean Bujarra today to put in my Bhunas.

 

Just had a maccies delivery.

They forgot my fries and bbq sauce for the nuggets.

 

Gnocchi dumplings with tomatoes, sweet onions, pancetta, peas and capers. Finished with parmesan.

 

Made those yourself didn't you?

 

Pan fried pork chops and wedges, with roasted courgette. Will probably make some gravy.

 

Like ****, they'd be little if I made them and not as light and fluffy. I can make them but not as good as those.

 

Discovered a new chippy recently so fish and chips tonight.
