Yep my lot caused a global banking recession and the fact that every other G7 country recovered stronger and faster without austerity measures is just a massive but irrelevant coincidence. The fact that there are still austerity measures 10 years later is because the Conservatives are a very caring compassionate force for good especially for those on lower incomes and the fact that inequality has risen massively in the last 10 years and the top 10% have seen their wealth increase whilst the rest have suffered real wage cuts is again just a massive but irrelevant coincidence.
The reason it took us longer to recover was because we were even more ****ed up than the other countries to begin with, thanks to your lot of incompetent muppets Not only did we recover from your lot's horrendous incompetence, we became the world's 5th largest economy If that scruffy **** Corbyn manages to bullshit his way to No.10 alongside his sidekick Diane 'thick as ****' Abbott no doubt they'll **** things up again - they always do
Except of course here is a list of the countries most affected by the 2008 recession https://carnegieendowment.org/2009/07/09/unequal-impact-of-economic-crisis-pub-23385 *spoiler alert * doesn't include the UK. Here's a time line of the UK - strange how we pulled out of recession in early 2009 and continued growth throughout Labours time in office but then went back into recession in autumn 2010 when Mr Osborne unveiled 81 billion in spending cuts. https://www.theguardian.com/business/2012/apr/25/uk-recession-recovery-timeline Here's nice Mr Osborne managing to not **** things up again as he loses out triple AAA rating in 2013 https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-21554311
And yet Labour keep getting kicked out of government because they're totally incompetent 30 years out of the 73 post war years have been Labour governed and that's 30 years too many You'd think if they were as good as you say people would keep them in power but no, they're continually voted out time and time again Useless twats, and this time you think Corbyn and Abbott are the answer
I thought we were getting a bit of levity into this thread (and others have tried) on what we all agree is an important matter, but it's reverted to type. Being "off topic", viz. open to anyone to comment without disrupting a club associated thread which could merit action from the mods, I thought I'd break the rule of a lifetime and join in. In retrospect, I wish I hadn't bothered - what a boring repetitve load of ****.
And if they actually get this deal through parliament and 'leave' the EU - then we've got at least another 10 years of this **** whilst we go through the transition and negotiate the future trade deal.......
Whats the point of a 5 ft 9 midfielder in a Warnock team? Might as well let us sign him before he gets a neck injury
