I'm leaning that way too Oddy. I haven't completely ditched the idea of a trip down there but the card is not exceptional and the M5 is a fookin nightmare at present.

I’m sure Barney will give you a much better preview but surely PYM is the bet of the day tomorrow- step up in trip looks sure to suit his performance at Ascot was abit disappointing but would have learnt a lot from that and Fehily on board looks an interesting proposition

Surely Young Master in that race his win over Traffic Fluide now looks very good, comes in on form has good course form and is about stone below his peak rating!

For Good Measure is thrown in, he has been prepped for this race and I don’t think you can rely on The Young Master to follow up (I’d rather have Lovely Job from that Chepstow race).

Won it last year didn’t he? Big thing with him is that you know he loves the track and if they’ve got him perfect for the race he could go really well. I really like the top one, but need to have a study of the race later.

I was doing the brief scan earlier today and saw Jamie Codd riding for Kim Bailey and thought “look no further “.

The one I really like on tomorrow’s card is DARLAC in the last. Left a big impression on his seasonal debut.

Played a lot of golf the past few weeks so said to the wife on Monday, "fancy a day in Seville on Friday". Idiot! Look at the racing calendar before making massive gestures!
