Thai rice (jasmine)

 

Seared tuna on a bed of spinach, all drenched in a blend of mirin, soy, garlic, ginger and chilli.

Lovely.

 

Had this for supper tonight, pork in mor tun sauce. ****ing succulent and delicious.

 

Am sure that’s probably quite nice.

Though it resembles what I evacuated from my bowel this morning after eating kfc last night.

Yeah won’t be eating kfc again.

It’s the fat on that pork which looks vile. Assume it’s fat.

Having steamed fish and veg tonight. Will be bland as ****.

 

Yes it is but it’s deceptively tender and delicious. Cooked for an hour in the sauce it was ****ing marvellous. Ask Com, I’m sure he enjoyed it here too.

 

Thai food is generally very nice.

Next time I go to the Thai place in Stratford I will photo the one dish and see if you know how it’s made as it’s so ridiculously tasty.

Takeaway Chicken Parmesan here with an extra coating of cheese. It's a Middlesbrough delicacy, Marietta Higgs did do some good for the Boro kids mid 80's..
