Cabinet agrees. Doubtless a couple of resignations to come, McVey and Mordaunt, possibly Leadsom. Gove, Fox, Raab probably think their careers are better off going along. Let’s hope they are wrong.

Now it’s up to Parliament and then the EU 27. If Parliament rejects, which looks likely, presumably May resigns and/or calls an election.

What an epically miserable experience this whole thing is. I can’t think of a single public figure, of either viewpoint, that I have more respect for now than I did 3 years ago. And I had virtually no respect for any of them back then.

Meanwhile, I discover that an old mate of mine, a Gooner who I used to go to Edinburgh with (along with a bunch of others) almost annually to watch Hibs, drink Guiness and have a laugh, has terminal cancer. I think he’s too ill and it’s too far gone for active treatment (and for his form of cancer it would add months at best even if he was fit enough to handle it). But the chemo regime he was offered in the NHS was the same as he would have got in 1999. It’s a ****ing joke, 3rd world stuff. Good luck Deano.

Mundell also on the resignation hot-list - Scottish Tories worried that the deal will firstly not give the fishing industry freedom to set it's own limits and will keep them in the Common Fisheries Policy. Secondly, any deal that treats NI seperately, leaving them in the Single Market, hands the SNP a big boost in their mission for Independance. All 13 Scottish Tories have handed a letter in to Downing Street saying they will vote against anything that doesn't meet either of these requirements - what a **** up. They're never going to get any deal through Parliament, as there is no deal that will please enough people to vote for it.

Sorry to hear about your pal.

Sorry to hear that Graham.

Ah yes the new euro army, headquarters in Berlin no doubt, the new army Sir Clegg said would never happen, but Farage warned about years ago, the EEC first discussed as long ago as 1940 in Berlin ( funny that ) google it if you so desire, the EEC set up as a trading block but has mutated into the corrupt self serving ‘State’ that produces nothing, manufactures nothing, grows nothing run by an unelected bunch of misfits now desires to rule sovereign nations as the USE (United States of Europe), we were lied to in the 70’s about Europe and we’re still being lied to ( look up the Kalergi plan ) google that as well if you wish.
People like you who couldn’t see the future are now being replaced by people who can, the internet has opened the eyes of the common man,and the common man has seen through all the bulls**t and lies whereas your ilk still believe that the EU is good.
Don’t forget to go back to the vessel state of macron-land before Brexit because remember all the aeroplanes will fall out the sky, all the channel ports will be closed and you won’t be able to get Camembert and Brie and wine after March 2019 according to your beloved remoaners in arms.

No need Turkish
I have read the internet ... it’s very good
I take my English Cheese with me Call it a mini export although it’s made in Holland
People like me embraced Europe as they could see the old generation doesn’t care about the next

Give me Zee Germans any day

It could still swing and people may get their no deal Brexit if that happens then it’s over for me

So no one wins anything

Will the divide suddenly not exist

I certainly couldn’t call a Brexiteer a friend then again I have never met one

The vote was rigged by the Russians

I despair!!
I hear the cabinet has given the go ahead to the agreement. I await the details, but I suspect that, as I suspected would happen, the political class has completely fudged the issue.
This isn't brexit, so all remainers should be thrilled. You lost the referendum but have won the war.
Over 17 million people are going to be ****ing furious which means the Tories are ****ed.

I've had it with these ****ers. The Irish PM has joined forces with the EU and our political elite to scare monger concerning the Irish border. The EU have always wanted to punish us which is why we should walk away. May has gone from not wanting a bad deal instead of a good deal to the complete opposite. ****ing useless!!
I'll never forgive the politicians if I don't get the brexit I voted for.

You couldn't make this crap up Col. They are laughing at us all over Brussels tonight. The remainer May has picked the worst option possible. That cabinet should hang it's heads in shame. They have put their cabinet posts before their beliefs. They will get hammered at the next election.
From what I am hearing, we don't even get a say from now on it's all sorted in Brussels.
I only hope Parliament reject it and we leave with no deal and then make a decent trade deal.

You couldn't call a Brexiteer a friend?!! What kind of nonsense is that?

I have family members and friends who voted remain and I respect them all.
Your statement ranks alongside those who say they hate ALL Tories, regardless of their views and that ALL Brexiteers are racists.

Totally ridiculous Paul and I suspect, like much of the stuff you post, not really meant.

Credit to Brussels for sorting this imo
Just listening to MB he imo has come out of this with a lot of respect
Europe has handled themselves in a just and controlled manner
Nicely played
Carry on moaning

As for Ireland and being the lap dog of Brussels they should hang their heads in shame as well. This whole border thing has been blown up (pun not intended) to hamper the process. I only hope we remember that for future trade.
May has also stitched up NI as well. She will lose the DUP.

Mundell has just said that there were no threatened resignations in the meeting and called on MPs to support the ‘deal’.

"I'll never forgive the politicians if I don't get the brexit I voted for"

Like many Leave voters, you seem to believe that all 17 million wanted exactly the same as you. They didn't.

You won, get over it.

You really are a a prime example of the quote
“Never underestimate The stupidity of a complete f*****g idiot”
So please take your cheese and export it and yourself to your beloved corrupt den of thieves and go and embrace zee Germans you love so much, enjoy your stay in the new 4th Reich, toodle pip, auf wiedersein,au revoir, and last but not least Jog On.

Seriously Col it has nothing to do with being racist so cannot be ranked anywhere near that silly outburst. I would stand to say in fact that I have read some dreadful anti European name calling in here. I welcome all nations to the my country unconditionally because I firmly believe that the majority of them are better humans than you standard Anglo Saxon today

We have terms like swarm on here and in the nation press

We have no right in this world to stop people from travelling all over it as long as they respect the place they find themselves

A Brexiteer to me has under lying properties that are far closer to a racism term in my book and that I find immoral. I say this because of the main reason they were presented to vote on namely immigration. The UK is one big shop why should people be allowed to enter it ... plenty of space for all.

the NHS thing dreadful

You will never solve that money pit it’s poorly run ... not the doctors or nurses but the administration is of an America business model it’s a complete mess and only going to get worse

It is not by any means the best and there lies the problem we still foolishly believe like the NHS that we are the best at most things in the UK

The truth people need to wake up to is that we are a long way behind and believing that drags us down further

If a no deal happens then I can only hope for massive civil unrest bring it on!

It took France decades to heal the divide after WW2 when the north sold out this will be the same

I hope the Brexiteers mob are put down because I do not believe the real will of the people today would be 52/48 it would be 65/35 to remain easily

The brexit generation needs to die off and do so quickly

Apparently 10 Cabinet ministers were unhappy with May's deal....So why didn't they resign?
Because that would spark an election which the Tories stand a good chance of losing (though hung Parliament of fools most likely outcome) and they would lose their salaries. But a few might go tomorrow.

Apparently May said that that the choices are back the plan, no deal or......no Brexit. First time she has said staying in is an option. Brain haemorrhages predicted amongst the people’s will tendency.
