Sprouts are disgusting, but nowhere near as bad as parsnip. ****ing horrible things.

My nan used to love them and was shocked when I would basically throw up after a mouthful of them. So the bitch got cunning and used to mash them in with mashed potato (which I used to love). I clocked instantly and now can't eat mashed potato any more, doesn't matter that she has been dead for 20 years, I don't trust any ****er making mashed potato.

It is true I have been scarred by evil ****s trying to force food I didn't like down my throat when I was a small child. I now basically exclusively eat chicken, rice and vegetables. It is probably the reason I have never really "got" food. Spending ****ing ages cooking a meal that will be gone in 5 minutes seems like a complete waste of time. Going out to restaurants to sit around waiting for some food to arrive also is a chronic waste of time. I have eaten in some really good places as well but never seen the fuss about food. I am just weird.

    I'd give them a go!

    Love a load of sprouts.

Mix in a few bits of bacon and they taste lovely.

    Don't get the hate personally.

    Parsnips are rank its true.

Proven fact they're not actually fit for human consumption.

I regularly take pictures of my plate of plain grilled chicken, broccoli and brown microwave rice and upload it to my insta. Or send them to everyone on my WhatsApp with tags like "GAINZ" or "just something I rustled up :emoticon-0152-heart:emoticon-0137-clapp"

I have had to blag being a foodie a few times before when out with girls who are. I've been cooking for myself regularly since about 10 so I am actually alright at it, I just don't see the point in spending ages making food.
