He is. And I agree that the Autism thing isn't an excuse. I don't usually go in for the Matth bashing, but he made a **** of himself today. Especially with that HIAG-esque 'it wasn't me, it was an online character' ****e. Spineless that.
See. This is the kind of **** I'm on about. It has to stop, before Matth ends up wumming out there in the real world.
I'm quite concerned about the lad. I haven't seen the vid, but what you have commented on is deeply disturbing it suggests Matth's behaviour is manifesting itself (plus other noticeable behaviour reading back), which is possible with autism, by that i mean a split personality. It could be something with secluding himself in that room. I sort of wished people had directed me to this thread sooner, but hey it's probably easier to access in it's full context. Matth if you are reading this, you need to go to the doctor's fella if you don't believe Carrick is you.
I should add that's not me putting blame anywhere as everyone joked about that at times but it is something that's crossed my mind before.
It's not a split personality thing in a psychosis sense. It's the same thing that HIAG tries to do when he's been shown up for being a twat. Instead of having the balls to own it and admit that he was wrong, he's tried to distance himself from it by claiming it is just an online made up character that's being controversial. I think his Autism probably means that he doesn't pick up on a lot of social clues, which causes him to be unable to self regulate like most people would. Hence he doesn't know when to stop and just ramps up the **** slinging. But that's not the same as him inventing this 'persona' to try and avoid responsibility for being a twat. Autism or not, that is simply spineless behaviour.
No, autism means he takes things literally, i've explained this before on the forum. He probably really does believe Carrick is not him. I've watched one of his videos some months back, what i watched was disturbing.
That's Asperger's syndrome. Autism is on the same spectrum, but is considered to be a more severe form. Which includes an inability to recognise and manage social cues and norms, which mean he's unable to regulate his ability to 'reign it in' The racist, homophobic comments though have nothing to do with his condition.
