Today was armistice Day . The Black and white rabble open their new shop today . An FC player won the VC during WW1 . Total lack of respect to open it today and nearly to the exact time the WW1 ended 100 yrs ago .

Seen as though they released a special shirt for the armed forces this year, plus held a 2 minute silence at the new store today, I don't think it was disrespectful. I know some people hate Rugby but some of the anti FC bias is incredible

Sorry , I was unaware of that . If that happened then well done to those involved , but still feel today was the wrong day to open the new shop .

It is maybe because of jealousy, that FC seem to have a retail operation and management structure that values the fans?

Worth mentioning that KR released their Armistice charity shirt a month ago.

Personally I don't understand this inter sport bitterness..
There are some massive hang up s surrounding it.
It just makes them look small minded and rather sad really..
And it's works both ways around !!

Completely agree - enjoy (or don't) both sports for what they are. They live side by side in Leeds quote comfortably

Think ticket prices have something to do with it, When I grew up in Hull people could afford to watch both their RL team and go to City too, don't recall any animosity in those days.

    Yeah I can't fathom it really !!
Other Cities around the world seem to embrace all of their sporting teams!!
We here would rather pick them apart..
I ain't got time for them really when it comes to sport.
There's a couple of Leeds fans at work that Hate City..
I don't talk football with them I'm just waiting for Them to do what Leeds do best..
**** up then I can be satisfied !!

Bollocks, most big cities with multiple teams have massive inter-city rivalry, Celtic/Rangers, Man Utd/Man City and Sheff Utd/Wed all still hate each other with a vengeance.

Both of the Rugby teams shirts look pretty good I think..
The Rovers home shirt is the best they've had for a bit !!
    Well done .

Maybe we are unique but a long running rivalry between City and the eggchasers does exist going back to year zero 1904 with the FC & AFC thing.

Do you mean when FC refused us permission to play a Cup game on the boulevard because we were getting bigger crowds then them ? Seems like only yesterday.

I got told today the one at the KCOM is closing and moving to Hepworth's Arcade next to joke shop, who understandably are not happy.
