made a few mistakes so Mourinho threw him under bus which did his confidence the world of good & is now as likely to be seen as Moreno or Clyne in our starting 11.

I see, I'll never understand mourinhos penchant for kicking his own players in the bollocks.

If you've made a **** up, the last thing you need is to be beaten with it, same if your not playing well. No point moaning if hes having a go.

If you just can't be arsed, mourinho moaning that you can't be arsed isn't going to suddenly enthuse you to 100% effort

what I don't get with mourinho is after it all.... Shaw is as bad as ever

I think he is either chasing someone up the pitch ala moreno or playing everyone onside... hes just a few stupid challenges in the box away from Moreno levels of useless.

yet now mourinho is a fan? hardly.

young on other side is hilarious. he's always fouling or ratty with.ref and getting away with it.. he's an awful defender. mourinho never kicks him though

bailly is 1000 times the defender that lindeloff is

It may that he's fallen foul of player power a couple of yimes, so now he has his favourites and anyone who is strong enough to challenge him is ripped apart

for some it works for others it damages them but mourinho seem not to care too much anymore.

it seems to me that diogo and Valencia must be ****ed cos all of a sudden mourinho needs shaw so he played him and doesn't lash him.out of it.

same with martial. sanchez is that bad he is now needed. And lukaku looks so over bulked he has lost all pace. no lashing martial though....

Dalot is a RB & the only game i've seen him in he looked pretty good tbh but him & Valencia have fallen out so he is persona no grata.
Think Martial has improved but never understood the Sanchez signing* which appeared to cause some of the problems between them.

    * The Sanchez signing looked like it was just to stop ManC but surely in that price range you don't sign just for that.

I thought the young lad looked good too. he wasn't for when bought.

    I agree on Sanchez.

    it's outrageous at times.

once when martial let a a guy go fernandino did the classic arm wrap and just dropped to.pull him down.... it's as cynical as you can get and ref didn't even blink as the guy.

Sanchez has done a Torres, not arsed at his last club, just wandered round waiting to be off, now he's at his new club, rediscover his form is proving difficult.

I'd love him to get an early yellow, which he deserves in many games, see how he gets on then.

He seems to do what he wants, without fear of the book. It's baffling when you see the ref handing out yellows for nought but he just wanders on by.

    could be.

sanchez looks nothing like a top player currently.

lukaku looks over bulked, slow and nowhere near a utd player. he's seriously gone off.

martial seems to have picked up despite a major fight with manager. could be playing for a move.

it sort of reminds me of scholes.

European refs would not take his bullshit but English refs would indulge.

I wonder if city's record in europe shows him being carded lots

Thing is once you've ****ed one team over, it's easy to do it again. He's had his pay day at utd, he will get another one somewhere else.

Martial is a good player, didn't deserve the ****e from mourinho. I'd like to see him move on, he'd flourish else where.

Lucky seriously needs to lay of the steds.

I reckon China next for Sanchez. psg link seems just odd. I can't see it.

martial should be better now than he is but it's actually easy to forget he is not yet 23. the mbappe factor I suppose.

lucky is the new benteke it seems.

We all know that refs will favour the top sides and certian players will get away with more than others.

Thing is he never makes a fuss, just quitely brings a player down, sneaky foul and just keeps running as if nothings happened.

He rarely goes flying in, it's all niggles and little bites

    yeah. it's the things refs

    a) don't have in their faces.

    b) don't have to make a decision on.

    c) know full well if they throw a yellow at they will have a decision later.

I find referees here to now be so worried about the media they don't want to book anyone first half for fear of being criticised.

The ref we got v red star booked a home.player for a deserved yellow within 5.mins of kick off... I was astounded.

no home town reffing. no it's too early to make a call stuff.

guess what.. the player didn't dive in and get sent off. amazing concept.
