    I was over in Ypres (Wipers) in Belgium for the 11/11 commémorations.
    Went to Passaendale museum and also Tyne Cot war cemetery and saw the statue of the English and German soldiers playing football.
    Very moving....

    Good thanks..
    Well worth a visit. Brings home how brutal it was. Up to 20,000 killed in a day.
    Defy anyone not to shed a tear at Tyne Cot - gravestones stretching into the distance and a lot of 17/18 year olds...
    Then you can have a few good Belgium beers afterwards and raise a glass to them..
