Poor 1st half especially the front 4. Much improved up front 2nd half. Brentford good going forward but shaky at the back, and they shook as soon as we put on a bit of pressure.

Shame we didn't get the point we deserved at Blackburn, we'd be 7th. What is this madness?

Sloppy first half & gave them too much time on the ball & not closing down, team talk worked at h/t we closed them down & gave them problems & pressed them, they collapsed after 1st goal, thought eze was very sloppy at times & not his usual self, in & out of the game, nervy last few minutes.

McClaren has been getting a lot right recently but got the first half totally wrong and nearly screwed up near the end by asking us to close down the game when we were well on top. But the team responded really well to his half time talk and exploited the weakness of the Brentford defence. Our central defenders were magnificent again today with Lynch MOTM IMO.

Great atmosphere, great comeback and back to winning ways and only 1 point off the playoffs. Crazy!

    Their keeper helped us.

Just got home, soaked to the skin, but very happy with that second half performance and another three points. We were outplayed in the first half and couldn't really argue with Brentford's half-time lead, but we blew them away with a strong comeback after the break. Great fun and an excellent atmosphere. Luongo, Freeman and Wszolek all did well, but Leistner MOM for me. We really are a well organised, hardworking side with a great team spirit. Well done Schteeve.

Lynch and Lumley our best for me. Lumley kept us in the game with some excellent saves especially that one from close range when he got down to his left to stop a hard low shot - at 1-1 I think. More than made up for not pushing the shot before their goal quite wide enough. His handling in the wet conditions was otherwise very good.
