    Match day: Buzzing

    Oh no, that's the hornets.

    Match day: hoping

Remembrance weekend. Without belittling remembering all those hero's who fought for our country, hopefully saints can also remember how to score a home goal.

I love living on my own. Have friends and relatives so not lonely, but they are not in my house. I slob around if I want to, eat what I want to, watch what I want to and only do the housework if I feel it's necessary. Heaven on Earth.

Things are going to form for Saints.

An annual relegation scrap and our fans have their essential whipping boy in Hoedt to blame for anything and everything and to get on his back and whinge throughout a match.

What we really should have is a whipping girl in that Kat dumped her father's project and flogged the club to a very dubious new owner.

As for Mark Hughes dump him and who the **** would want to manage the crock of **** we have become?

What is housework? Don't you have a wife to do that sort of thing for you?

Prime example of why I don't want to live with anyone. :)

You really should have a wife. When you marry them they come in white like all domestic appliances and are a really most useful labour saving device.

Margaret Thatcher once said that female MPs need a wife rather than a husband. I didn't realise how much work husbands make until mine left. Yes, I have to pay for household jobs that he would do (he was a great handyman), but I save 365 days of extra work. Perhaps modern women have better arrangements....I hope so.

I used to go out with a Maltese girl many moons ago - I lived in Sliema for a couple of years. Great place, Malta.

Off to Sliema in May. Went there a few years ago, so know I'll enjoy it. And you can get a proper cuppa tea in Malta...something as rare as hen's teeth when on holiday.

I went back to Malta last year for the first time in over 30 years for my 60th birthday. Sitting in Tony`s in Sliema having a few Hopleafs was really nostalgic.

I love Malta. Haven’t been for a few years now. I used to go once a year with work. Lovely place.

I whole heartedly agree with you about tea abroad.

My Mrs runs our foreign language business (as I no speaky da lingo) leaving me to do school runs, walk the dog, cook dinner and look after the house. When I got home last Friday, I found a cleaner in our house. I should probably consider this a yellow card but I'm now just a driver and a cook away from living the dream.

And on topic, I've just hoofed Ings out of my dream team so you can be certain he'll score a few today!
