The people who go out of their way to ask you to give them feedback are the same type of people who click yes when some ****ty website asks you if you can spare 5 mins to fill out an online survey.

Remember you telling us about that **** nugget <laugh>

There's a certain etiquette when you're out drinking/eating with other people that you either know and respect, or you don't and make a massive **** of yourself. One thing I also do when I'm out, is offer the barman a drink when you're buying a round. He/she often doesn't want a drink as such, but I'm happy for them to charge me for one and add it to the tips. These are generally people working on minimum wage or Students trying to make ends meet. It's little gestures like this that make the world a better place imo.

Oh I only had the pizza I’ll pay less... ffs.

I always order the pricey wine and extra side dishes when I know I’m out with a tight ****. Backfired on holiday when my Mrs told me I was paying the bill <laugh>

There's a "Vintage" clothes shop in Covent Garden called Rokit, with another branch in Brick Lane, which is hipster central these days.

Anyway, I first went in because I was told it was a good place for genuine silk Hawaiian shirts, which are really ****ing hard to get hold of anywhere. I was a bit iffy about buying 2nd hand clothes, but ended up buying a 'London Fog' leather jacket for a tenner, still in excellent condition and built to last a lifetime. I have no problem telling people where I got it.

Then last year when going to a funeral in January, in a country church. I needed a decent overcoat to wear over a suit. Didn't fancy spending a monkey on something I was only going to wear once in a blue moon, so went back to Rokit and got a heavy English tweed overcoat for £30. Don't really care if some **** died in it, it was for a funeral anyway.
