Sir Neil of Warnock is still our leader, We have retained the services of Adel. The (Un) -Holy Trinity ( Bernie, Flav & Paladini. ) are gone! Fernandes has taken over, and has backed us better than any dream could have ever been realised. Bhatia is back! Season and match ticket prices reduced, All our pre-season fears and despondency ( remember those? ) have dissipated. We have signed ;- Barton S. Wright-Phillips Traore, Ferdinand, Young, Puncheon, DJ Campbell, Bothroyd Gabbidon All great additions to our Championship winning squad. There has never been in the past 15 years a better time to be an R's fan. But, and a very big but........ It's now up to us to play our part. Make sure, if you can, ( Overseas fans exempt ) that you get yourself down to Loftus Rd, for every home game. Let's leave no seat unsold! Turn-up & support 'The R's' unconditionally. Whatever the scoreline, whatever the result! Sing your hearts out, no one knows who you are and know one cares, we all share the same common goal. Lets make Loftus Road the 'Fortress' it once was. Together we can make 18,000, sound like 58,000.. ( ask Sir Neil, and anyone else who went 15+ years ago. ) ( Don't come on here & post criticism at the team if you only watch us on TV and sit at your lap-top thinking that you have some delusional authority over matters, when you really have no right to. ) Otherwise you may as well follow Man U or similar. Collectively we can make the difference. Lets give our beloved team ( Christ, we've waited so long for this moment. Don't let it pass you by.) every oppotunity to prove wrong, all the pundits and non-believers, who thought we would go straight back down by staying up. We are QPR! We shall never, ever, ever give up!
I think 'electric' will describe the atmosphere on Monday 12th, can't wait! For once the internationals and a Monday fixture do us a favour and will help our preparations. Bring it on...
There are a group of us 13,000 miles away doing our bit too. Do we have to shout twice as loud as Peruvian? U RRRsssssssss
using google maps from loftus road to my home in Auckland NZ I'm 11,389 miles, So Come on U R'sssssss, can you hear me?
great post 999! I'll be going out for my usual Sunday walk in tramore, 6'5 bald guy with tattoos and a QPR shirt. no wonder the kids stare at me! I always presumed it was the shirt??
So you're in Tramore Inkedupp? I say you should nip out one night and paint blue and white hoops on Metal Man...
It'll be interesting to see what happens, I might watch it. Newcastle to my mind are a very good team and hugely underrated and might surprise a few that bank on a home victory. I think it has draw written all over it personally. 2-2. Should be a decent game though.
