For the title? No chance. For the CL they have a slightly better chance but they are relatively far behind in 7th. We should finish well above them this season.
They are not that far off. 4 points off 4th..... 7 off 2nd. By the time christmas rolls around they might be level with us. In the end a couple more draws while they win and they are within a victory over us. Never write off a side just cos you hate them. We are not even assured of 4th after our good start! never mind anyhting else. We need a big surge now before christmas. theres a really tough set of fixtures coming.
Totally agree, atm, it seems we are the team in ‘crisis’ I just cant see city losing the nine points, for utd to be involved in title, if they get a point on Sunday they (city)are doing better than last year. I still hold with what i said before the Arsenal game that we could probably only afford to drop 4 more points to have a chance with title. I am not saying city going to smash everyone but they will continue to win and drop very very few points. If top six keep on winning they will look like they are in the race but i just dont think anyone else is capable of their consistency. I know a few keep highlighting the fixtures but we will see Hope i am wrong like

look I agree for title. we all know the score there. I'm fairly sure that chelsea will get top 4. i wpuld.like to think we won't do a Chelsea from last year on this and will pile on the points but I dunno. arsenal, spurs and utd for 4th? I think they won't be agreeing that's their limit
we had better be careful what we say on here or the spuds will be moaning like **** on their board if i had to predict i would say city for title but chelsea could have something to say about that, and us and utd making up top4. of course arsenal spuds and utd would not think thats their limit, but no more than us chelsea or city will be. if we buy jan window, big if, things could change. but as of now top 4 is our limit i reckon sadly.
Based on how teams are playing ATM, I'd say top four will be Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal.
If MU get beaten this weekend, which I think they will, they will be miles off the top. We have been in their position many times in recent years and it is incredibly difficult to bridge that gap. You have to be virtually flawless for months and hope better sides above you drop regular points.

I would agree with your prediction and have already said city by 8-10 points. Chelsea are going to be up there I just feel the momentum is with them and thier squad is more than good enough especially with the kids they have for europa. If they are in a title race they can just decide that hudson odoi and ampadu will play europa end off along with loftus cheek and whatever happens happens. I would say our defence might get us in but we need to resolve this midfield post haste. The worst thing now would be to end up repeating last year with several draws v lesser sides and ending up mid 70s fighting for nothing... I'd ve very disappointed if we do. Heopfully we will be 80+ points. Arsenal... look very good but that back 4 aint up to it. The rest may well carry them. Spurs.... solid but just solid. hardworking but for me they are the ones that will struggle if they are not out of all cups Utd... I dunno. It was close there for a while for mourinho but right now he's virtually assured of CL knockouts and if he can pull a result of any type out of derby he's quids in.
Right now that looks highly possible. Could all change but as you say you can only speak from what happening now.
my prediction is we will be joint top after this weekend I think city will continue to win but equally the results show they've had a slightly easy set of fixutres so they need to continue v the proper midtable sides and if they smash everyone form 7th to 12th like they have smashed everyone form 16th to 20th in table then it'll be all over.
I would agree too. The mancs have too much to catch up and lots of teams have to really drop off for them to get into top 4. I honestly think that the best they could do this season is fifth which will guarantee the europa.
