Two other sources have told the BBC that when Torbett was allowed to return to the Boys' Club in around 1980, Mr Kelly would have been aware of the previous claims of abuse against Torbett.

Mr Torbett's company The Trophy Centre had a lucrative contract with Celtic to provide branded merchandising.

Mr Kelly and Jack McGinn, a Celtic FC director from 1981, worked with Mr Torbett at his Trophy Centre business from 1986 and 1998 respectively. Their associations with the company continued long after Torbett was jailed for abuse.

Mr Kelly strongly denies being aware of allegations concerning Torbett when he returned to the Boys' Club, and told the BBC that he was not aware of any previous allegations against Torbett until his court case in the 1990s.

Jack McGinn, a Celtic FC director from 1981, also denies any previous knowledge of Mr Torbett's offending prior to his second spell at the Boys' club.

Look Tina you seem to think I bang on about this just to have a go at the current Celtic fc. Not at all the case. Wee Fergus cleaned house when he bought the club all those years ago. I have said that on several occasions in this forum.

What you and most Celtic supporters seem to either not realise or totally ignore is that McGinn, White and the Kelly's were complicit in what was happening at your club at the time.

In fact the cùnts profited out of it.

They gave Torbett massive contracts to supply plastic trophies and medals and pocketing the dough whilst Celtic park was a crumbling ruin. A crumbling ruin that was filled to rafters every second week with official attendances of 30 to 35 thousand posted every home game.

They gave not just Torbett but 5 others, that we know of free reign to abuse kids.

Yet the likes of you and Mindy are too busy sticking your head in the dung to say to yourselves "why the **** am I sticking up for these cùnts"

I dont see it being an issue with some for Rangers to continue dealing with Torbetts company.

This folks is why one of the man who ran Celtic into the ground and made millions whilst doing it eventually became Lord Provost of Glasgow.
