Labour MP and Corbynista Lloyd Russell-Moyle wants to ‘nationalise’ private homes across the UK by giving councils ‘right to buy them’

Mr Russell-Moyle, 32, revealed his party will order mass compulsory purchases of former council homes sold off under the Tories’ Right To Buy scheme.

But he told a Labour rally: “Let’s not just talk about council houses — let’s get those bloody private houses back into our hands.”

Pretty sure it is not and never will be Labour policy to appropriate private homes. Ex local authority properties in the hands of private landlords (like Tory housing minister Grant Schapps, who owns 40 ex council homes in Westminster) - that would be a different matter.
