Lewis seems to be going all out to regain some credibility after a raft of pho pas in the press lately, not saying it is the wrong thing to do but it is obvious his manager is trying to rebuild his rep as a racer and not a blame it on the other guy person
Yeah... what a b'stard! Appearing on TV like some super star, lording it up. Would you credit it? What he should be doing is distancing himself from the media and fans and living like a hermit. When's he going to realize that he's not a person, but a machine built to drive other machines and we don't what to see his ugly mug nor hear his squeaking tones. Be gone from this televisual box in the corner of our rooms... we did not invite you in... you foul beast! Joking aside though, Lewis has always been just a little bit awkward when it comes to dealing with the media... He never has quite mastered that side of the job and in some ways I think that contributes to his not so favorable image. Personally I've always though he seems like a pretty decent guy. Like the rest of us, he has his outbursts when things go pear-shaped, he sometimes lets his disappointment spill over in post race interviews and sometimes vocalizes his self satisfaction when he does do well which also rubs people the wrong way. I can't fuss at him or any other driver for that though... I'd be a million times worse if I were in their shoes. So.. who's youtubing the interview for me?
Whenever I have seen Hamilton in an interview or whatever I have always found him kind of boring. At least Alonso does magic tricks and Button takes the piss out of Vettel.
I didn't think he was boring on the JR show he seemed quite chilled and even gave Jens a massive compliment fair play to him.
That was a funny interview. He seemed pretty relaxed and chilled, also gave his team mate credit over the last few races, big respect there. Just confirms that they do get on well despite what others want to believe. McLaren a great line-up, just wish the car was competitive all season round.
Alonso's never gonna do an interview and if he does half the time it doesn't make sense at least with JB he is funny and honest.
Alonso makes perfect sence and he is quite realistic with a hint of humour. Strange your view on Alonso considering your avatar.
Interview was quite funny and hami looked chilled - BUT for me was too tabloidly and wasnt anywhere near long enough - that dappy bird before him was on twice as long !! Would loved to have seen him interviewed by someone like Parky who would've done his F1 homework first (Ross obviously doesnt do F1) and then talked thru his life asking lots of F1 related questions along the way like what really happened with Alonso and how he fits in with Whitmarsh's Mclaren, sacking his father, his views on next years car, his Australian doughnuts, Vettel etc etc. Just felt it was all a wasted opportunity and was over before I could boil the kettle.
