I can't believe that in the 21st century, people are still subject to derogatory comments/remarks/chants whilst playing proffesional football. To be honest, it shouldnt happen anywhere.
But the events Bulgaria are a disgrace. FIFA need to address this as they should have done after it happened in Spain, Croatia, Slovakia and no doubt others.

Ban the Bulgars from the Cup. They've got to be responsible for their fans' behaviour.

They should but they won't . The punishments are a joke.
It's gone on for far too long now and as sad as it is to say I can't see it stopping, certainly not whilst UEFA and FIFA are so indifferent towards it .

It's the same countries time and time again yet nothing ever happens.

I know it's hard to police but banning countries who do not actively seek to eradicate racism is the only viable solution IMO .

I'd like to know if football banning orders exist in the likes of Serbia and Bulgaria and if so how many of their right wing numpties are on them .

Racism on the terraces in the 70's and 80's in this country was as bad as anywhere in Europe .
Although not totally wiped out I think we have a decent grip of the situation as it stands .
If we can get a grip of racism in football these other countries can , either that or **** off !!!

These are countries that haven't been gripped by the Black Plague (joking!) and so they have little contact with ******* peoples.

Well that certainly proved me wrong. Because a black man played for one of the aforementioned countries, the citizens of ALL of them have regularly conversed and mingled with ******* people. And, using the same logic, I suppose that because British Asians never play for the England team, British people never have contact with Asian or *****loid people in their everyday lives?

No......But: How does their logic enable them to chant at Ashley Young, when they've a black player on the pitch? Surely they should have a go at him?
I'm not having a go at you Erik....just can't understand the thick bastards.

[Edit: P.S. - if they don't get it, it's up to FIFA + EUFA to sort it, for def.]

It is stupid, but I'm sure that any racist chanting was aimed as much at their own player as it was at the blacks playing for England.

(A bit like Juventus fans chanting "you'll always be African" and "there's no such thing as a Black Italian" at Italy striker Mario Balotelli <doh>)

It's pretty sick stuff like this is going on in this day and age, though it has to be said the England fans where chanting 'wheres your caravan' to the Bulgarians which could be taken by some as an insult, personally doesnt bother me and is fun chanting that at the likes of Andy Carroll and the Plymouth team

Fair point . He can go on my list , in fact he is my list .

Perry was my ignore list for a bit but fair play to him he has always stood up against racism and despite being a boring dick 90% of the time can sometimes be amusing.

Back to Vikingboy and his offensive language.I have a couple of mates I was in the Army with who are black .

I could easily arrange for them to come to a City game and perhaps Vikingboy would like to call them *******s face to face.

He'd only say it the once because they'd rip out his vocal chords and stuff them down his bigoted throat.

I've noticed a fair few racially dubious things as well. Pathetic, it winds me up.

He also posted pictures of disabled children intended to make people laugh. As low as it gets.

Do you know what's more ridiculous?

The politically correct twa ts who, through the very nature of their philosophy actually promote racism....

How, you may ask, do you come to that conclusion? Simply because it is not allowed to state facts because no one wants to acknowledge the truth thats out there I.E. in certain societies racism will always exist in fact its part of thier culture.

Casts and credes are tolerated because the PC lot will not challenge ignorant, uneducated minorities about this. Why the **** are women second class citizens in Muslim societies? Why should they hide faces? cover their bodies head to foot, yet it's accepatable for males to chase women of other cultures? Certain societies treat religion, skin colour, family name as indicators of position in their ignorant societies. They will not allow educated views to interfere with religous beliefs.

OK I've had a few beers but until people say what they see and these issues are addressed racism will continue in football just like it does in society.

I apologise if any of this upsets anyone. For me they should ban religion, the world has moved on since the time of the sun gods, scientists have proved that god, allah or other superior beings DO NOT EXIST. Get rid of religion and we'll start removing racism.

How is *******s UNACCEPTABLE? Maybe if morons like you knew what it meant, you wouldn't have to pretend to be offended.

Do any of you find the term Caucasoid offensive? I doubt it.

Explain my stupidity to me please, as I'm too stupid to see it myself.

I thought laughing at young children who are disabled was cowardly, but I must have been wrong.

I also forgot that '*******' was a term often used regularly by respected people in society.

Or maybe not, it's incredibly thick stuff spouted by ****s.
