I was quietly, silently in fact, fuming. However it did make me wonder whether most of the crowd have ever actually been told/experienced how they should behave, and also whether it could have been arranged/announced a bit better. I lay a wreath at the cenotaph every year so it’s second nature, but I think when the announcer made a point about the silence finishing after ‘Reveille’ that confused people who’ve no idea what that actually is I think that they played the last post after the exhortation (we will remember them) when it’s more usually the other way around? That caused people to think that Revielle had been played so the applause was people thinking the silence has finished Having said that I think that everyone who clapped should have to attend mandatory ‘rememberance’ training before next year.
Batty is the best midfielder we have, fact. Showed a performance today we have been lacking for a while in the middle, and one beyond his years. Couldn’t really fault anyone maybe only Grosicki first half, stop messing about with crossing from stupid angles and shooting horrendously, just get your bloody head down and scare the crap out of them. Also happy with the defence, especially with Elphick, as he gets fitter we look better a calming influence. Very positive indeed and well done Nige!
He's more frustrating than anything else , can't see how he was MOTM myself , too many wrong decisions and attempts to shoot when others are screaming for a pass or cross
He scared the **** out of them that's why. Terrific display by all. Superb managerial performance by nige. Took big dave to the cleaners.
Easy to say when he’s in a crossing position and only has a marked Campbell to aim for. He put plenty of good crosses in today and nobody gambled in them. He doesn’t shoulder all the blame by any means.
How was Livermore today? Had an occasional scan at WBA forums (over the course of his time there) and it always comes across that their fans seem to think that he's ****.
He'd bulked up with us. It's all on his arse now. They were a disorganized rabble. Rodriguez is a good player and he'll go in January. He got no service whatsoever.. Can't remember Marshall having a shot to save. Not to say he wasn't jittery today cos he was for some reason
The final score was 0-4. Forest had a tall lad in midfield called Ryan Yates - look out for him, he was class and a superb organiser.
I’m not shouldering the blame for the ****. They were all your match threads, just posted by another. Your sabbatical has maybe inspired the upturn in results. Sie sind ein Berliner
