Must say, a win against the chicken farmers would really put us in the mix. We fans have suffered much over the years, I think we could do with some continued good happenings. Were a nice club. We are decent friendly fans, surely we aren't asking too much for a little bit of a run now would it? C'om you R'rssssssssssssssss!
The great read in those form tables, apart from position, is the positive goal difference. We’re not blowing teams away with our goal scoring, but we are a miserly defence - which really gives us a chance.
Yes, l'm not perfect and l'm normally pretty thick skinned about most things but l thought your post was petty to say the least but what hurt the most was the 12 other members who decided to stick the knife in............ pretty pathetic really and you people wonder why members are leaving.
I thought it was a witty observation but quite pedantic. I don't think any of the 14 of us meant any offence but I am sorry if it caused any.
Thought this was the match day thread not the grumpy Saturday morning thread. Looking forward to today's match. My last two visits to Lancashire provided two polar opposites. An unlikely victory at Bolton followed by one of the worst games ever witnessed at Blackpool.Would take a point today against a team with a decent home record
I'll only be following the score updates, but it's a slightly disconcerting feeling to find myself actually looking forward to an away game.
Just thought it a witty remark and definitely no offence meant. We all make mistakes grammatically sometimes and this one was very minor but produced a clever repartee!
Sorry Didley but all I was thinking about the discussion about Queen's or Queens Park Rangers...really no offence meant... Sent from my STF-L09 using Tapatalk
Get over it man x Joining a forum means a continued check for all of us against self obsession We are all victims
The great part of following the Rs up north for the last 18 years is turning up expecting to lose so the odd 0-0 was a great result, however as Stroller mentions actually turning up today expecting some sort of result. I would also like to thank Northern Trains for continuing to run a joke of a service which has meant driving to games of which I am now unbeaten in all league matches whilst sober!
