Off Topic What are you having for dinner?

Unusually for us, no Sunday Roast today. Someone forgot to get a joint from the butcher.

 

I'm having chicken madras from Dan Toombs first book. For those who like a British/Indian curry this book is a must.

 

I cooked a risotto tonight. Half a bottle of white wine, which was a mistake. The wine is now all gone, before 8pm and the dilemma is whether to open another or have a whiskey ..

I’m up for that. Pity it won’t be the new White Hart Lane, I had that one in my diary - won’t be schlepping out to Wembley for a League game though.

Can’t make Fulham this month either, which is a shame as I like Craven Cottage. Might try and do Arsenal in February
