Sure it is, plus a starting point for the whole development. Moshiri got the Liver Building so his office will overlook the build. ;-)
Imo John Henry, Mike Gordon and Tom werner should be forced to sit in back of loser tier of anfield road end for every game until they announce new development. I reckon they'd announce it within 60mins
Yeah and laughing that he bought the Royal Liver Building and let some other soft twat pay for the new stadium.
So their pitch will end up looking like Wembley did at the weekend? Great. I'm afraid I don't really see whoring out your stadium as a viable long-term business plan.
they've got some sort of retractable pitch so i think it'll be a different pitch. 40m extra is 40m extra. I don't know exactly how much they'll get extra (one spud predicted around 80m or something) but thats the cost of a fabinho or a jorginho.
Match day revenues used to be a big thing but commercial and TV rights have grown soo much a new shinny stadium is not a massive priority
Not including tax on revenue, fees, signing on fees, wages. The reality is that while utds 75k stadium drove them in the 1990s they haven't bothered their arse since even though they could have cos it does pay the owners
No it won't. Why would players join a club just because they have a new stadium? A club raises it's profile by what it does on the pitch, it really is that simple.
You do know the Liver Building is almost 2 miles from Bramley Moore. A good pair of binoculars may be in order
Okay. So you could have Everton top of the league in a crumbling ground........ And still attract the best of the best.
On match days they'll float the stadium along the river so Moshiri can watch the game with a roof over his head
Yes I got that but there was meant to be a little element of truth in it, I've seen too many other blues saying it. Obviously ones who don't live in Liverpool and/or know that it's 2 miles to Bramley Moore from the Liver Building.
