    Yeah there is similarities.

    Took Arsenal a while to get settled and money diverted from investing in their squad.

    Did they ever really recover?

    One big difference between the two is Arsenal were successful before the new stadium!

    Yeah.

    I see it as Spurs being very close to winning the tittle in the past 3 or so years and just needed a bit more investment to capitalise on the good first team and manager.

    When that investment was most needed it was decided to divert revenue to the stadium.

    Big opportunity lost to win a title imo and how often do they come around?

    Levy more interested in turnover that actually winning something.

    They've fallen short a few times and I just feel if they had bought 2 or 3 players they would be right there.

    The Leicester year they should have won.
