First I've seen or heard of this, Leeds.

 

May be hard to follow the money in this case, it appears from that report that it goes to rock holdings I of Man. Who are the directors, what does it do, why would they think it a good idea to spend millions, what do they do, where did they get the funds from? Those are the more interesting questions, though it appears the EC thinks even using Rock Holdings money might be criminal.

 

And some think pigs might fly
