1) Yes but the peripheral things like hotels, flats, supermatkets each ought to pay back in their own right and much quicker than the stadium. 2) Profit I think. It was more than 150m last year alone.
1. Have they been built yet, and occupied? I know some projects were cancelled due to running out of funds/overspend. 2. Tottenham have posted record revenue of over £300million for the year ended 30 June 2017. The figure of £306.3million sees a significant rise on 2016's £209.8million and is a result of increased TV revenue, their highest ever Premier League finish in 2016-17 and a Champions League group-stage campaign. The increase also comes despite reduced gate receipts following the demolition of the north-east corner of White Hart Lane midway through last season. As a result profit is also up for the year, climbing from £33.0million to £41.2million.
My number was for the following year which was announced last week although I don't think the full accounts are available
No. They were scheduled after the stadium. But I think the loan facility is sufficient to fund them. Time will tell.
Appartments in Tottenham? Couldn’t have timed that any better really, with the London property bubble already starting to deflate
We probably will. They'll pick their strongest side, while we have to rotate drastically, having only played on Monday night. I expect 11 changes and a pretty poor performance.
