Oops!

Secondly, with us being linked with Aaron Ramsey (because of course we are) they're saying we absolutely should not sign him because then we no longer have the moral high ground we so valiantly fought for thanks to Judas - which somehow draws a direct comparison between Arsenal withdrawing a contract offer to Ramsey even though he's a free agent in the summer with Judas letting his contract run down before ****ing off to Woolwich and trying to act as if he wasn't a mercenary **** of the highest order.

What do these idiots even want?

No, it's not De Ligt or De Jong, instead Voetball International are reporting we're interested in their Cameroonian goalkeeper Andre Onana - which has naturally led to blogs tripping over one another suggesting he'll be replacing either Vorm or Lloris.

While it may sound like either the Dutch papers jumping on the Lloris bandwagon or his agent trying to get a new contract for his client, it is feasible that Onana is weighing up his options considering these comments he made after a 3-0 drubbing from PSV back in April

Yet again we're linked with a January move for him, this time it's the Corriere dello Sport reporting that we're prepared to offer up to £50m bid to rescue him from his Barca nightmare - which will no doubt piss off Roma even more than having him gazumped in the first place.

To be honest I can't see this happening, as a loan is surely the more logical option - and if it does happen, I doubt there will be an option to make it permanent

Departure Watch
Same as always: Dembele, Wanyama, GKN and Janssen. Basically the departures assumed during the summer, but with more clickbaity headlines to get clicks.

 

I’d take Ramsey in a heartbeat.

Barrios I’m not as sure about but we do need numbers in midfield and if Poch rates him then go for it.

Ramsey would be a great signing. Certainly no comparison with Judas as stated above.

He would provide great versatility and cover in a number of areas.

Not sure he would be an automatic first choice when all fully fit and that could be a limiting factor for him.

 

Yeah but we need central midfielders and he’s better than what we have.

 

I’d take Ramsay by default on the pure basis he’s better than a declined Dembele and Winks. That said, there are better midfielders out there who I’d much rather pursue.
