What a strange statement to make. Just hope something has been lost in translation. If I was a Spurs fan I'd be concerned about its tone.
Well when your chairman decides that there's no one worth buying and that he can't deliver the stadium as promised then it's no surprises that poch ain't going to be please.
Will hire him right at the end of the window as well. Say something like "we didn't have a manager in place so couldn't make any signings. Eric Dier has just come back after slipping in the shower and he is like a new signing"
seems to me he's saying the poeple in control of the club aren't really interested in winning anything other than the top 4 trophy. Can't see him staying unless Levy proves otherwise with a loosening of the purse strings.
If that’s what Poch really means, then Levy will back him to the hilt. You have my word on that, Burly.
I think he'd go regardless of that (if there is interest from a Real/Utd type club). Spurs loosening the purse strings is the equivalent of what those two find in a pair of jeans they haven't worn in a year.
You should expect what your potential allows you to expect. I mean Chelsea should be satisfied with Europa League at best every season...but that changed when Roman took over and now you expect more thanks to the ££
