There was also a Gower inn roughly where the quadrant is now 3 pubs in a little group The Gower The Bellevue and The Bluebell...My dad said they were "knocking shops" whatever that means ?!!...there was also The Albion that was by Arthur Bassetts and the Nelson street walkaround store..and further down towards St Marys.The Rutland

Ah yeah it was called the Cardiff arms lol, and all those places were my haunts going back some time ago along with, sloanes, marthas, and various others can't think of the names now
