    Curry's been injured, apparently.

Circumstances dictate obviously, but I don't recall a time when they had such a chance to come in to the first team.

Good game against a very poor team. Decent atmosphere from us, nice to be stood up without any Stewards moaning. Games like this you see who really are "City til they die"

McKenzie was excellent looked comfortable for his first game. I felt like we where going to regret not taking our chances when we where on top.

3 points on the board but they where dire I mean really bad.

By the sounds of it he deserves to live.

Good larker Glenn, and if his worst crime in life is saying something a bit daft and losing a good job because of it then he can recuperate in the knowledge that **** ain't not that bad for him and his kin.

Good luck to him. He wore **** shorts, sang ****ter songs and believed bollocks but on a positive note, he could hit a 40 yard pass better than most.

And at the end of the day, that's what counts.

Only heard it on the radio but it sounded like Henriksen was actually playing a proper captain's role today

That makes the win even more satisfying.
Incidentally what happened to the stories that Bolton and Brum were going to have 12 pts deducted? Not sure if it was ffp or going into admin?

It’s a little known secret, so just keep this between me and you and don’t tell anyone, but I do actually quite like him. Most don’t for some reason I cannot fathom.

The next four games, against WBA, Forest, Birmingham and Norwich will be tough. All are in and around the playoffs and are in decent form. I'd take 5 points from those games and some good performances, but I think I'm being optimistic.

I'm trying to be balanced, but I didn't think we were very good today, by Championship standards anyway. That being said, we were much better than in previous weeks, especially given that our two first choice centre halves were out. Bolton were crap, but against a better team we'd have been done over. Promisingly, by the time we get to the end of the next international break, we could have new owners, which might see a slight upturn in fortunes and the return of more home fans.

Really nice to get the win it was much needed. Sounds if Elphick had a good game, and McKenzie also did well for his first full league game. Also nice to see Campbell back in the starting line up, and getting on the score sheet. Not out the woods yet, but a welcome 3 points all the same.

Everybody had a good game. Bolton were not great but they were at home and scrapping for their lives. Our first win there since the 1930's, pleased I was there to see history being made.
Only one negative on a top day out was the silly bastards amongst our support singing 'your going down with the Tigers'

Wasn't a very good stream, but I'd agree from what I saw, we weren't very good today. BUT welcomed 3 points, especially considering the further enforced changes.
Looked like they were repeatedly able to run through our midfield, especially that Otzumer fella. Good job their finishing was even worse than what we've become used to. But fair play, they dug in and got the 3 points.
Good job we've got Elphick, and Lichaj too is turning out to have been a crucial signing for us. Thankful for small mercies.
Pleased for Nige, he takes a lot of undeserved stick whilst having to cope with the **** storm the twats have created and with what seems to be more than his fair share of injury problems.

Don't get me wrong, I'll always take 3 points. But we aren't going to come up against players of that level of ****ness every week and the next four matches see us come up against teams that are actually Championship standard.

Oztumer is pretty good, my Walsall supporting mate said he could be a Premier League player if he wasn't so lazy.

The league is a poor standard again this season..who have we played this season who have looked streets and streets ahead of us? I can't think of a game bar Leeds maybe where we couldn't have got something from it if we had taken chances or defended better. Obviously everyone's opinion is different but the gulf between top and bottom isn't huge imo

I have to disagree with you, I think the likes of Norwich, WBA, Boro, Villa, (despite their league position), QPR Sheffield United, Leeds and Derby are far beyond what we currently are. Derby were much better than us, we did well to get a point against Boro but Villa did us, so did Wigan (and they aren't anything special). We had to put 3 past Rotherham to get a result against them.

It isn't the league that's poor, it's us. It seems some people assume that because these teams are beating us, that makes it a poor league. We are now one of the weakest teams in the division and that's because the majority of other teams have strengthened where we haven't. I'm not saying the lads won't have a go, but I think in the coming weeks we'll see just how far behind we actually are in terms of Championship quality. It might be because we're used to being near the top of the pile in the Championship given what we've had in the last decade, but in any case, we need to be realistic in terms of what to expect. Without some serious investment in January, coupled with a new manager, we're toast in my opinion.
