Couldn't agree more, though more than one person has told me that gas hobs and electric oven are the best. Apparently, the electric oven has a more stable temperature inside which gives better results when baking.
We’ve got electric fan ovens, gas hobs and an induction hob/hot plate I’ve no ideas of the pros and cons as I’m not really allowed to use them, but the stuff that comes out seems great. Anyway I’m on my way to New York, if someone can just ensure we’ve been sold before I come back next weekend that would be much appreciated. Cheers
Yeah there’s some things electric is generally better for, Yorkshire puddings in particular. But a good gas oven is just as good. My modern gas oven is head and shoulders above the one my mum has when I was growing up, although not so evenly heated as an electric fan, it’s really not all that far off and does a sterling job. Main thing I notice the difference with is pizza’s. You just can’t cook a pizza properly in an electric oven, it completely dries out the dough and ruins it. And pizza is my favourite food, so, gas it had to be.

We'll to be honest he wouldn't fit my definition of someone who's done well for himself. Ehab was born into what he has. However, even then you get ****ers from all walks of life. It's just that the ones from more modest beginnings don't usually get to buy the football club you love and **** it up big style. Apparently through both spite and incompetence in equal measure.
