There's always an uproar should someone decide to post an out of the blue opinion or make a complain about the team. Usually it's Perky about the club management and pretty much everybody on here gangs up on the poster and basically tells him he's wrong to have this view.

So, for the likes of Perky and that pat bloke. Here is a thread especially for you! I don't see the point in a forum if everyone is pretty much bullied into taking the same view point so if you have a gripe about current team affairs or (for you Perky) about the management, please share here.

My unpopular view is that I don't really like Robert Koren. For me he should be doing a lot more in terms of contribution. He has the ability to turn any game around and dictate it with his passing, however he mostly (imo) sits somewhere on the pitch not looking very interested. Disagree if you wish but that is my view.

As has been said before it's not the opinion as such, it is the way it is chosen to be aired that causes the problems. 2 sides to every argument and both sides are usually told they are wrong for whatever reason. Have to agree with you on Koren, it's enfuriating how he appears to be like a passenger in games sometimes when he has the potential to change games for us.

I absolutely detest a small section of the clubs supporters who actually don't 'support' the team / club. For these people nothing is ever good enough, they come across as the worst possible type of pessimists, they have a negative outlook and seem to actually want thebad old days back again? Actually I think most of them have only cottoned onto the 'good' times.

Supporting a club is about supporting.

I fully understand that everyone has a right to disagree with what happens at the club however it's about how you disagree and communicate these points. This site is a forum for all such comments, and I've been negative and critical in the past but like most of us on here we quickly return to a supportive mindset.

So for me I'd like to see all those permanently negative do called supporters Fcuk off and support Man citeh or some other glory team who will never disappoint!

I actually think Paul Mckenna is alrgiht and think he is being made a bit of a scapegoat because he isnt a really flashy or attacking player. Much like ashbee at times. We are not Barcelona and people need to realise this and understand that people like Mckenna and Ashbeen play a vital and unsung role.

Percy will love this thread. Its funny that many skilled players look lazy on the pitch. Glenn Hoddle and Matt Le Tissier 2 of the best ever skill wise but boy were they a managers nightmare.

I love the irony of threads about how people try and force another into posting a particular way, and the solution is that everybody else should actually start posting a particular way.

I don't think people do gang up. If someone comes across as an internet warrior, they get people on their case - it happens on any forum, on any topic.

I couldn't really give a rats arse what perky's opinion is, as I still don't believe he genuinely holds them. He's very good at getting a rise out of people, and successfully does that every opportunity he gets. People bite because he winds them up, It's clear his aim. Threads like this will no doubt give him a sense of satisfaction. DJBlackandamberarmy isn't a million miles from Perky on the point of view of Pearson's effectiveness, but I've not seen anyone bite at him, because he generally backs his views with a reasoned argument.

As for Koren, I think he's a very frustrating player. He doesn't do enough, he drifts in and out of games, but there's no denying he's good at popping up with goals when they're needed.

i feel the need to comment on the barcelona bit, becuase its the 2nd time ive read it today...im not sure which section of supporters its directed at, but if its the anti pearsons like me and percy, then people have completely missed the point..
its the team who seem to think there barca/man utd..with all this passing in triangles in the centre circle, and never actually going anywhere (unlike barca/man u)

what we want and complain about, is we want the exact oppisite!, we want some good old fashioned blood and thunder championship football, balls in the box, some shots on goal, some passion and energy....i needed to point tht out, because if people are going to complain about us, id rather it was at least for the right reasons ;)

I held a similar view of Koren, but I feel like he has improved in the past couple of games, getting more involved in the game for longer periods. I assume once Stewart is back though, he will take the place of Koren (all things being equal).

He made two tackles during the Reading game which were the first two tackles I've seen him make in a city shirt. Yes he's getting slightly more involved but I'd like to see more consistency too.

I think there should be a sticky thread where people can moan and talk ****e, that way then if you don't want to read it you don't have to, Trouble is a lot of fans don't know when they are moaning or talking ****e so I suppose it's catch 22. For me it's clear-cut, either you're a neg-head or your not. It's too early in the season to be griping and moaning that's for sure, we aren't bottom of the league.

All in all I think the board has a decent mix of knowledgable and amusing characters .

The only one I take real offence to is Doveston and it's not just because he's a thick ****( his favourite word).
It's to do with his overly aggressive and obnoxious posts .

Nothing sadder than an internet hard man , he probably still lives at home with his mam.
I imagine him to look like that Angelos
Epithimiou bloke off shooting stars. In fact read his posts in Angelos' voice and it fits.

As for Koren , he does frustrate but I'd still have him in my starting eleven . I wouldn't be shocked if he still gets picked when Stewart returns as well .

People having different opinions is great, and sometimes other peoples opinions make me reconsider. The problem with Perky is the tedium.
Iv'e been on here since march and he's still wants to talk about the same subject.Percy, mate we know what you think about AP and NP
So why go over it day after week after month ? Don't you see it could be downright boring ?

Having said that,i also think Perk can be funny at times, which is important,so he does't go on my ignore list.By the way,how is
Doveston these day's ? Agree on Koren but can also see why it is hard to leave out. He's no grafter but would we swap him for Dean
    Marney ?

Every time I see people spout **** such as "Pearson's not actually that bad" I feel myself forced to respond, I think the actual problem is people constantly overhyping an arrogant twat who's done nothing for the club.

Uneducated fans. Pretty much the whole of this forum has no football knowledge and it is quite annoying trying to have a debate with you guys, I gave up.

That's it exactly,Marney was a hell of a grafter,Koren isn't. Marney is crap,Koren a cultured footballer. Combine Marneys work rate with Korens ability though and the resulting hybrid would be a £30,000,000 signing for Man city. This is the compromised situation that faces NP every manager whos boss isn't a multi billionaire . So for me Robbie was a great signing, and one of the first on the team sheet !
